I have had the pleasure of renting from Wendy and Rick for the past few months. During this time, they have proven to be exceptional homeowners, making my stay both safe and enjoyable. Safety is a priority for me, and the secure neighborhood put my mind at ease. Privacy was always respected, and they struck a perfect balance between being approachable and giving me space. Wendy and Rick's warm and friendly demeanor stood out immediately. They made me feel welcome from day one and were always available to assist with any concerns. Communication was seamless. The location is unbeatableclose to the beach, shops, restaurants, and great coffee spots perfect for both work and relaxation. The home itself is quiet, clean, and peaceful, offering the perfect environment for work, study, or unwinding. In every way, Wendy and Rick have created a living experience that I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. Any future tenant will be as lucky as I was to find such a comfortable and welcoming place to call home.

I had the pleasure of staying at Wendy and R's property for a few months during my stay in Santa Cruz, and they were incredibly kind, generous, and caring the entire time. They went out of their way to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. They were happy to give recommendations of places to go, and went as far as driving me around the town while I did not have a car. They are both very active and love sharing their home with visitors. W and R were both lovely to get to know, both in passing and over the meals we were able to share together. The room was comfortable and had a lot of kitchen appliances that made it easy to make meals without needing to go into the kitchen. The full size fridge was perfect! I will say that you do have to use the kitchen sink for dishes, so be prepared to go down the stairs to do that. It is a short drive to an array of beaches (max 10 minutes) and both sides of Santa Cruz.
