Home away from home

I stayed here for approximately three months and had a wonderful experience. The space was clean, comfortable, and provided the privacy I needed, while the location was convenient and within walking distance of Wash Park, restaurants, and shopping. Brooke is welcoming, took the time to show me around, explain where everything was, and made me feel at home from the start. I always felt safe and comfortable during my stay. As an added bonus, Kaia is welcoming and would greet me with a wagging tail. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming place to call home.

Great Location & Cute Space

This apartment has everything you need and is in walking distance to Wash Park. Safe neighborhood, ample parking and Brooke is accommodating and responsive. Kaia is the sweetest!

Best location and landlord ever! :)

Seriously the best location in Denver! A safe, super cute and affluent neighborhood to stay in within walking distance to restaurants, local shops, bars. Great set up with a separate entrance, more then enough room, off street parking and everything you could need. Amazing landlord that lives on site with a super sweet dog that makes for a wonderful experience all around. Highly recommend!

Such a special place!

I stayed at Brooke's place for 4 months during a clinical rotation and it was an amazing experience. You can't beat the location, the neighborhood is so cute, and only a couple blocks from Wash Park. Brooke and Kaia are awesome roommates! The place has everything you need, would highly recommend renting from Brooke!
