Great place to stay long term!

Great property, location and incredible hosts! Lisa and Chris are very welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The location is close enough to walk to downtown encinitas and a quick bike ride to moonlight beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at "Wonderful Apartment West of I5 Freeway" was definitely five star

My husband, our dog and I had a great stay at "Wonderful apartment west of 5 freeway" hosted by Lisa. The place was beautifully appointed, super clean and very conveniently located in a cute neighborhood within walking distance to beaches and downtown Encinitas. We especially loved the beautiful, spacious kitchen, new washer/dryer set and great supply of snacks. The bed was super comfy and a real bath tub added to our relaxation. Parking on-site made it easy to come and go. We will definitely return to enjoy ourselves again next year.

Unbeatable host and location, would 100% stay again

We had a really fantastic one-month stay at Ls place! Lisa was a phenomenal hostshes thought of everything, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay, and was very responsive to any questions we had. The unit is clean, modern, and well stocked, especially the kitchen where we prepared a variety of meals. The living room and bedroom furniture are comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We aLao appreciated the central locationbeing able to walk to nearby restaurants & bars, Moonlight Beach, and the Coastal Rail trail to take in sunset views. We highly recommend staying here (would 100% stay again). Thank you L for hosting us!
