Studio

I stayed at this cottage on two separate occasions. Both of which were for my travel work contracts. Ive traveled for work more than 6 years always staying in hotels/air bnb but I can easily say this is the best place Ive stayed at. Private, clean, nice and well taken care of cottage. Landlord would accommodate any request I had for her in a speedy manner. Jessica and her family treated me very well even gifting me thanksgiving and Christmas gifts. She also cooked for me on several occasions. All in all, I would recommend this cottage to anyone without a doubt.

studio for first contract

I stayed at this studio for my first travel contract in Long Beach. J and family were very accommodating and always checked in with me if I needed anything. The studio is in a quiet neighborhood and near various amenities in Long Beach. It was also only 10-15 mins from where I had my contract. Jessica also occasionally gave me food whenever she cooked and it was delicious! She even gave my mom who also loves succulents, a planter filled with succulents! They were also very accommodating of my dog, Thor, and the kids always loved to play with him when they were around. I only occasionally had issues with parking during the morning because of the school across the street and during street sweeping days; otherwise finding parking was pretty easy. Overall I would recommend and stay there again.
