Cozy, clean, and spacious
This home was more than we could ask for. My buddy and I rented this wonderful home when we took a contract at IU Health Bloomington. The house was spotless, and the space was perfect. We each had a big room with our own ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen comes equipped with all your basic needs, including a kuerig and coffee pot. The 10min commute to IU Health Bloomington was convenient and hassle free. The home came with parking for 2 vehicles and enough space to fit 2 SUV's. The landlords were attentive and responsive. They were the best landlords I've had the pleasure of renting from. I would recommend this home to anyone needing a 2br/2.5ba. We stayed here for 6 months and absolutely enjoyed our stay. You will not be disappointed.

The Best Place to Stay in Bloomington
My wife and I stayed at the Breakaway from June-December whilst I was under travel assignment at IU Health Bloomington and this was by far the best place I have rented in my time traveling. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay and experience in Bloomington was memorable and comfortable. We had stayed at two other properties in Bloomington briefly before this property came available and they just did not compare at all to the value and amenities the Breakaway provided for us. The neighborhood was safe and quiet with well lit streets and plenty of walkways. Parking was hassle free with two off street parking spots reserved directly out front of the entrance to the property. It is located 10mins from IU Health Bloomington Hospital with a hassle free commute. Various restaurants and eateries were nearby along with multiple grocery options. The interior of the property was spacious and comfortable. Amenities were abound, and it truly felt like a home away from home.
