Great 1 month stay!

Highly recommended for travelling healthcare, the place is in walking distance from HCA healthcare northwest. The room was spacious and clean. All living utilities are available. Cuqui is an amazing host and she's always quick to answer your queries. 10/10 experience for me!

The best you could ask for, highly recommend

During my stay here for a one month medical elective, all my needs were met, my room was spacious. All needed utensils and kitchen gadgets one could ask for were here, plus one of the bathrooms had a bidet which was really convenient. The landlord is really welcoming and accommodating and checks in regularly to see if needs are met and has really good maintenance for the property.

Summer ‘25 Stay

Stayed during summer ‘25. Tenant was super nice and her husband helped me change my flat tire which I greatly appreciated. The garage house was comfortable for the most part, only complaints are that there were some creepy crawlers/cockroach incidents, and one time there was bad flooding inside the place after heavy rain.

Great house

Cuqui was the greatest host ever The house was clean and tidy, i had my own private bathroom and i felt like being at home. Cuaqui and tom was very helpful and they helped us in every, even in car rental and gym subscriptions. The house was very colse to HCA Houston where i worked and close to market and services I highly recommend this place to stay in

Great hospitality

The place is clean and big, they are super friendly, they helped us with a lot of things during our stay even for outdoors activities, its safe and comfortable place I will definitely come again next time I visit Houston

The landlord is very friendly and caring. She visits regularly to take care of the shared facilities which makes you feel looked after. The rooms are cozy and more like a hotel. The house is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The landlord is kind, approachable, and very professional. She went above and beyond to accommodate all my needs, and her thoughtful check-ins, since she lives nearby, made me feel both comfortable and well looked after. Well put together and clean house

I truly enjoyed my stay at this property. The landlord is warm, humble, and professional, and she went out of her way to accommodate all my requests. Since she lives nearby, she would check in from time to time to make sure everything was perfect, which made me feel well cared for and at home.

Great private unit

I had a great time at the garage house unit and the hosts were really helpful. I am grateful for the hosts excellent service. They accommodated for my every need in no time. unit. The unit is totally private. You get your own bathroom and kitchen, which is what I prefer over the other place they offered. I just want to point out that the host offers another place close to the garage house, the big house. It is like a guesthouse situation where different people are renting their own bedroom while all other spaces of the house are shared including the single bathroom.

Mother in Laws House

I just want to say book it the stay is wonderful. you have your own kitchen ,living room, bathroom, and you have a work desk. my son and I where able to unpack and get to comfortable in the bedroom the closet had iron and ironing board. we have been provided with the best people to help this business travel experience go smoothly. They even have a washer and dryer hookup in the fenced backyard. The backyard is very spacious and the view is wonderful I was able to do videos and recordings for my Jobs. Go book it is a wonderful stay and so much privacy.
