Amazing stay!!
Located in a safe neighborhood in East Nashville. We stayed during the fall and it was the tricker treater hot spot during Halloween! We saw lots of deer in the backyard of the house which was so fun. Kroger is right by it which is a plus. Katie was the best landlord and we could not recommend this stay enough!!

This has been one of my favorite Furnished Finders. Katie was such a great host and always there to help. Very well furnished house with everything you could need. The neighborhood was walkable and close to a good coffee shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Nashville.

Excellent Stay
We stayed at Katie's "Sweet Nashville cottage bungalow" for August and part of September, and could not have been happier. The space was incredibly clean when we arrived, and the beds were very comfortable. There was a convenient setup to work remotely, as well as fast and reliable internet. The kitchen was a dream and was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Katie was incredibly kind and attentive if we had any questions, and we would 100% love to return the next time we're in Nashville. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

The Perfect Place to Stay
Three things I look for in a place to stay is 1) good bed, 2) good shower and 3) good kitchen. This place checks all the boxes and then some. The home is comfortable and well supplied, and K is the perfect landlord. And, bonus, the neighborhood is walkable with a grocery store 2 blocks away. If I have to stay in Nashville again, K will be my first call.

This property was amazing. The house is in great condition and amazing location. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone I met on my morning runs were always very kind! K was so helpful in anything that was needed on the property and always very responsive. It is just a short drive into downtown and many small restaurants and businesses not to mention just a short 2 min walk to Kroger. I really enjoyed my 3 months living in here! Highly recommend to anyone coming to Nashville for a couple months!!!!!
