Great furnished find!

I had a great experience staying in this rental. Space was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up with everything I needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking convenient. Host was smooth and responsive, so communication was fine. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, move-in-ready rental.

Great stay

We had such a wonderful stay at this house. The host was kind, helpful, and very responsive, which made the whole experience easy. The space itself was clean and comfortable. The location was also great and it was nice to come back to after being out during the day. Honestly, I am highly confused by some of the negative reviews because our experience was very positive. Overall, I would definitely recommend it to others.

Incredibly Pleased!

I stayed at this property for a month while working a contract as at a nearby hospital, and it was an excellent experience overall! The house was exceptionally clean upon arrival, everything felt well-maintained, organized, and ready for a long-term stay, which made settling in very easy. Communication with Nadine was also seamless throughout my stay. She was responsive, clear, and easy to reach whenever I had a question or needed anything, which made a big difference given my busy schedule. The home provided a comfortable and reliable place to come back to after long shifts, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone needing a short- or medium-term stay, especially healthcare professionals working in the area. I am so grateful I was able to find such an amazing property so last minute!

A nightmare experience with the landlord

I moved in with my daughter. She said she spent hundreds for it to be painted and cleaned. That was a lie. The grass was out of control. The AC unit is ancient and there was black mold growing in the house that made my daughter sick. I had photo proof and she denied it. I didnt get my deposit back. And she charged me for a pillowcase, missing wine dollar tree wine glass, and container tops that never existed. The grass was always out of control and I got charged for mowing expenses. Would never recommend

Would not recommend at all!

DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE! If I could review this at zero stars I would. Photos of furniture are not accurate and when I talked with landlord, they told me "reasonable changes are deemed appropriate" when it was not appropriate. I was charged for services not completed upon move in (such as lawn care), the place was filthy and required a second cleaning to be done, and torn paper blinds covered the windows and I was told I would need to supply blinds, even though blinds are shown in the photos. When I brought up concerns to landlord, I was treated disrespectfully and was essentially told it was my problem to fix and needed to send additional money if I wanted to terminate. Furnished Finders was given report of my experience and encouraged me to leave this review based on the case I provided them. There are MUCH better places out there on this site, as confirmed by my second landlord being WONDERFUL! Do not rent this place!
