Perfect Launchpad

When my housing situation abruptly changed I needed a safe place to live and regroup, and that's exactly what I found here. This home is lovely and the other tenants and the owners were fun to get to know. I was able to move in right away, with access to a complete kitchen and all utilities included. This safe, centrally located neighborhood with convenient public transit access made it easy to get to my job at University of Washington Tacoma. I am grateful I found such a cozy and welcoming place to live while I made more permanent plans. If you need a place to stay for a few months I highly recommend Leon's estate!

Luxury living while travelling

For my very first travel experience, this home was exactly that. It was home. It is a beautiful place to rest your head at the end of a long day or shift. It's in walking distance of TG. The homeowners are very friendly and maintain an extraordinarily beautiful home. The views on all sides are stunning, day and night. I was made to feel very comfortable and safe in this home. You would be very fortunate to stay here

Beautiful Home

L & KJ were wonderful landlords. They have created a wonderful home away from home. This is a large home in Tacoma's finest neighborhood. There are four rooms (suites) on the second floor, all with their own private baths. The house is close to all Tacoma hospitals, but in the safest area. Tacoma has some unsafe neighborhoods in close proximity to the hospitals...this is not one of them. The whole house is spotless. I had my own full size refrigerator in the kitchen and more private kitchen storage than I needed. And the owners are available when you need them. Two washers and dryers downstairs. Gas stove. I stayed in the winter, but i imagine the outside courtyard would be beautiful to sit in the summer. I would recommend and I would stay there again.

Great Stay -- Recommended Location

TL;DR -- Thumbs up to staying at the Estate! I experienced one of those "transitional situations" in my life, where I need to relocate in a very short period of time and wanted to remain in the North End of Tacoma. I fortunately discovered this place -- what a find! Some key features: * safe, secure location: the external gate, house, and individual rooms each have a secured entrance * amenities: my room had an unobstructed view of Commencement Bay. All linens and towels provided, plus a private bath with shower. Small room refrigerator. Shared kitchen. On-site laundry and a nice patio area. Good WiFi service throughout. Easy on-street parking. * quiet peaceful area, both inside the Estate and in the neighborhood * I found Leon a very professional and accommodating proprietor. He worked with me when I needed to make some longer WFH calls from my room and when I needed a place to store my bike. Overall I had a very positive experience here.

Great place to stay

L&KJ are very nice and respectful to their tenants. This house is located in a safe and quiet community. It is convenient to access hospitals and public transportation. Houses and public area are kept tidy, clean and warm. People in the house are friendly. I love to live there longer but I have to move due to workplace is far away from tacoma.

Wonderful home to stay at

Talk about a safe, beautiful, accommodating place to feel at home when away from home, this is it! I took a travel assignment and wanted a place that I could afford and feel comfortable at this was perfect for me. L & KJ were the best hosts I could have asked for. Shared conversations with and respected each other as well as you. If youre traveling for work this home is perfect!

Pleasant Stay, Wonderful Location

We enjoyed our stay at 502 Estate. The property is located in a safe neighborhood. Lots to do in the general area - near markets, restaurants and the downtown area. Also right near the bay. En-suite was cozy and comfortable. Property owner was always pleasant and we felt comfortable at all times - privacy was always granted. Also, we had access to the washer and dryers which was a big plus. Would definitely stay again if I returned back to the Tacoma area!
