Comfortable

I had a positive experience staying at this property during my clinical rotation. The check-in instructions were clear, accurate, and made the arrival process very easy. The host was responsive and available whenever I had questions or needed assistance. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. One thing to note is that the walls are fairly thin, so noise from neighboring tenants can sometimes be heard. However, this was a minor inconvenience and did not significantly impact my overall experience. Overall, I would recommend this property, especially for students completing clinical rotations or other short-term assignments. It provided a comfortable and convenient place to stay, and I would consider staying here again.

Awesome experience

As a student doing clinical rotations at the university hospital, this was the perfect location to be. It was a quick 10 minute commute in the mornings. The landlord was always responsive and very kind, and I always felt safe and comfortable. If you are in need of a place to stay, I would definitely recommend this property!

Travel nurse here. Been to a lot of places, and this one was my favorite. Beautiful apartment. Wonderful landlord. I highly recommend if you travel here! By far one of the best apartments and landlords in the area.

Straight no Chaser

I stayed in another unit of this building when I worked at one of the area hospitals. It's close enough and to what's needed but far enough to be quiet and relaxing when you come home. I loved being able to cook at home and the free onsite parking. I felt safe in/around the building. Ader, the landlord, was very responsive and flexible. I recommend this unit/host and would stay there again if in the area.
