great views

I stayed at this location for 3 months. I loved it. The unit is exactly as pictured. You are right next to the beach! often times I would go to watch the sunset/sunrise because it was such a convenient walk. Victor is super responsive and was always available to answer my questions.

Great beach pad.

Great location near beach. Nice room, comfortable beds. Owner is very friendly and responsive. If I return to Daytona I would stay here again.

My beach living dream fulfilled

I stayed here for about 7 months for a seasonal job. The landlord is great, was always easy to get in contact with and fixed a couple issues that came up during my stay, including some post-hurricane stuff. The tiki bar is great and so is the pool, they started working on it shortly before I left. Getting down to the beach is so easy and was my favorite part about my stay, how you could literally sit up in your bed and see the ocean. Lots of friendly people that live there, I dont think I had one bad experience with the people that live there. Its a short drive to Winn Dixie, the boardwalk, the ballpark, and you get the chance to be on Floridas historic A1A. Parking was never an issue. Theres lots of renovations going on to improve the building too. The unit itself is pretty nice. Being here for 7 months, I was able to make it work well and I think someone who is single could also make this work well long term. Its definitely a GREAT vacation place. Theres a few kitchen amenities that come with it like a coffee maker, microwave, plug in stovetop, and a water heater. There was popcorn, K-cups, silverware, plates, bowls, and some other kitchen stuff ready for you when I was there. There was also extra bedding and an iron too. I also got my deposit back just the day after I moved out. I rarely ever had any noise issues there. Living here was a dream fulfilled. Only reason Im really leaving is I really love to cook and its just not big enough to make full meals all the time but I definitely was able to make it work for a long time.

Great Studio Apartment on the Beach

This apartment was perfect for my stay! The hosts were extremely responsive and the apartment was exactly as pictured and very clean. The location was the best part the ocean is visible from the window. I would highly recommend staying here!

Incredible Host.

VL was a great host ! At Oceanfront suites. Responding very quickly, and was very accommodating to my needs and requests. Check- in instructions were super detailed and helpful. The condominium was very clean and well stocked. Great value for money and great location. Welcoming feeling bed was comfy and the shower was great. ( shampoo and Conditioner etc if needed ). Restaurants and groceries stores with walking distance. Overall a wonderful place. I would stay here again easily! L E. G.
