Amazing value for a comfortable place with everything you need
My pets and I stayed here for a year and a half and are leaving because we are moving back out of state. Everything is very clean, it's nice and comfortable with plenty of windows and everything I needed was provided. The neighborhood is very friendly and safe, lots of routes to walk my dog and downtown Longmont is less than a 5 minute drive. The landlord, Andrea, is very friendly and responsive with any questions I had and always open to help make the experience even more comfortable for my needs. The value is extremely fair and it was thoroughly a great place to live.
