Great apartment for travelers

If you are traveling and need a place to stay, I highly recommend this place! All utilities and furniture were in great shape. They really thought of everything you could possibly need. Brenda and Alex are always quick to respond and fast to help out. We were staying in the apartment when the heavy snow storm hit and they were outside early in the day and were snow plowing the drive way and sidewalks. They also came multiple more times throughout the week to ensure we were able to park our cars and get out safely. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful place with fabulous landlord!

Would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially travel nurses at Yale. We have stayed here during our contract, and have had a great stay. Brenda and Alex are super responsive to anything you might need, and the location is just a quick drive to the hospital with very little traffic. They are also super pet friendly, and our pup has loved the backyard space and meeting neighborhood friends!

I am a travel nurse here and have renewed this housing contract for the third time now. The house is in a perfect location, short drive to YNH and to the beach. It is a beautiful house, very clean, up to date, with everything you need. Alex is a great landlord, very responsive and always there to help in a timely manner. 10/10 cant recommend this property or any property with Alex enough.

Well Furnished Apartment for Travelers

Nice apartment in a safe and walkable neighborhood, great for travelers! This home is conveniently located just 10 minutes from YNHH which is a great perk. The landlords have been responsive to any maintenance issues that have arisen. When we extended our hospital contract we were happy to extend our lease here as well. My partner and I have enjoyed our stay here!

Home!

I wish I could take this place with me when I move! Its so homey with everything you need to feel like youre truly comfortable at this home away from home. Im going to be so sad to leave. Cannot rave enough. The owner is also super helpful and responsive. Couldnt have asked for a better place to stay!

Magic Stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for 6 months, and honestly it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I moved in, everything exceeded my expectations! The apartment is comfortable and stylish and with all amenities that you need! After 6 months in this apartment I was sad to leave! Awesome place!

We stayed at this place for 3 months for a travel nurse assignment at Yale New Haven Hospital. The apartment was very clean and looked just like the photos. Loved the walk in closet, lots of space. Kitchen had everything you needed. Alex was an awesome landlord. He was very responsive and quickly resolved any issues. The place was a quick drive to the hospital which was convenient. I definitely recommend staying here!

Awesome Experience!

Night shift travel nurse here, this place was perfect for my contract in CT! The apartment was newly updated had thoughtful designs such as black out curtains in the bedrooms and new appliances. Each room had its own smart tv as well! The landlord was very kind and easy to work with! Highly recommended!

Cozy Apartment

This is a great property! The entire unit is well kept and new! We had a great experience! The owner is available and attentive if you need anything. He made his garage available to us for parking. It's close to the beach, and great restaurants. Definitely recommend!!

Wonderful apartment

This is the perfect apartment for traveling healthcare professionals! Clean, well furnished, and newly renovated. The communication with the landlord was wonderful and he was quick to reply and fix if a problem arose.

The cozy apartment is one of my favorite places Ive ever rented. The layout and furnishings make the place highly functional, comfortable and super cozy. The owner is communicative and super helpful if any needs arise. The property is well kept, clean and safe. It is located conveniently close restaurants and shops, several hospitals, the beach and a famous pizza joint. It is a quiet, definitely family oriented neighborhood. This West Haven gem gets a thumbs up for sure!!!

Home away from home

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful propery for 3 months while on a travel nurse contract at Yale New Haven Hospital. The property is convenient to the hospital as well as restaurants , bars, shopping and the beach. The location was very safe and i felt comfortable there as a single woman. The interior is beautifully decorated and you can tell the owner put a lot of thought into what tenants would need during their stay. It is very spacious and the layout is perfect for everyday living. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact for any needs. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect property for multiple people!

I travelled from out of state to work at the Yale New Haven Health system. Coming from another state to work as a pharmacist was a nightmare due to the current housing market. My wife and I were looking for the perfect place to rent while looking for a home that not only contained at least 2 parking spots but was also a modern apartment with updated appliances. Out of everything I've seen on other sites and even on furnished finder.... this place was a home run!!! I searched for countless hours for apartments close to the New Haven area, and this one was the best bang for our buck. In unit laundry, 2 beds, two baths, tons of closet space and even a smaller room which my wife used as her home office. The modern kitchen which is also open concept complements the living room and this space really made this apartment feel like home. Not only is the space very quiet but it is also for entertaining guests. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a short time rental.
