Excellent location and a great value! Highly recommend.

I stayed for 4 months in this location. It's a very clean basement apartment. The location is awesome with being right by the Green Belt, coffee shop and multiple bars and biking distance from about everything. It was fully furnished with good quality furniture and a very large monitor for people that work from home. There is ample storage space for food and general storage. The owners also grow their own herbs, lettuce, etc. They would give me extra lettuce with homemade ranch that was amazing. The landscaping is immaculate and they have a great backyard seating area and fireplace. The apartment is located at the bottom of a set of stairs that they use a curtain for privacy. It worked fine for me. The kitchen is in an unfinished space that has a microwave, induction burner, toaster and coffee pot. There is no oven. It worked for me and for the price I think it's acceptable but if you like cooking a lot this may not be the spot for you.

C and J were nothing but good to me, they invited me to Thanksgiving dinner and Christmas dinner, I got to meet their children (they are adults and don't live there). Also occasionally they asked me if i wanted leftovers when they made too much dinner, i always said yes cause they know how to cook! In the summer during +100f the air conditioning was great, being in a basement helped, and during the winter the heat was good, first time i used the fireplace i turned it high, eventually it got too hot! But its easy to use and i almost never needed it. I can't recall any issues with the internet, no lag. Big refrigerator was nice to have, I can't think of a basic need that this place didn't have, pictures matched the place. Also i accidentally ruined their bathroom rug, but i still got my full deposit back! Im a big procrastinator, sorry for late review! Thank you C and J, i wish you much success!
