Cozy and convenient

My wife and I stayed here temporarily and couldnt have asked for a better place. The unit is cozy, affordable, and conveniently located. Though small, the layout and furniture make great use of the space - the couch even expands into a pallet for movie nights or guests. Its ideal for one or two people (plus a cat or two!). The neighbors are friendly and quiet, and the owner is kind, responsive, and goes the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need. The neighborhood is peaceful and safe, with a convenience store nearby and the Centennial Trail within walking distance. A quick drive takes you to Kendall Yards for groceries, restaurants, and coffee shops. Theres a church next door that hosts community events never loud, but sometimes parking overflows. Weve always felt comfortable here and love seeing families, walkers, and kids out biking. Overall, a perfect short-term rental in Spokane!

Cute Space

The apartment is very cute and cozy! My only complaint would be the neighborhood. Lots of homeless people walking through, I did not always feel safe as a single girl living alone.

Cozy place to live

Stayed here for my first travel assignment and enjoyed it so much. The apartment kept me warm considering that it was my first time encountering snow, and there is usually always something to do outside if you're not stuck at work between parks, and farmers markets.

Great landlord with adorable place!

The landlord at this place is great! She makes the process super easy and checks on you to see if theres anything you need every month or so. Im a travel nurse so it was perfect for me. Had everything I need! Highly recommend
