Everything I was hoping for

This studio is massive with a full kitchen, lots of light, fast wifi, excellent dcor, and the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Seriously the best rent check I've ever spent. Its position below the main house means it stays nice and cool without A/C. There was a heat wave during my stay and despite 95 degree temp outside it was 65 indoors. The landlady, Veronica, is very friendly without being overbearing. The neighborhood is a quiet cul-de-sac in the South Eugene foothills; out of the way yet close to everything and very safe. The Eastern wall is nearly all windows to catch the morning sunrise and with no houses behind the unit I never felt any privacy issues. As a traveling contractor I've stayed in many rental units around the country and this has been my most pleasant stay. If any of this sounds even slightly positive to you, get in touch with Veronica.
