It is so peaceful and tranquil here. We are just a mile and a half from the major interstate, I-435, which runs around Kansas City. This makes access to anywhere in the metro area east and convenient. We live on 26 acres of manicured lawns, ponds, and magnificent sunrises and sunsets. KCI is only 5 miles away making air travel convenient as well.

Peace and Tranquility
I stayed here for 6 months and the family was super kind, helpful and welcoming. The home and property is very nice and if I ever come back to the area again for work, it would be my first choice!

Beautiful property
My stay here was short lived due to finding other arrangements closer to where I was traveling for work but I really enjoyed the time I did stay. The room and property is beautiful and the host are very kind and accommodating. I felt safe staying here which is a big factor for me traveling far from home for work. It is very quite and you have your own space and outdoor entrance which is nice if you work crazy hours, you dont have to worry about disturbing anyone else to get to the room. Would recommend for anyone wanting a quite scenery room!
