I stayed here almost my entire year (8 months) of clinical rotations while going through PA school and P and B were amazing hosts. Always so kind and accommodating. The apartment was perfect and had everything I needed. Such a quiet neighborhood, felt safe and comfortable during my stay. Very spacious. Definitely a great spot to stay if working at the hospital in Lompoc because it was literally 3 min away. Loved my stay with P and B's little family. If studying in the apartment, there are times you can hear the littles but nothing some headphones can't fix:) Definitely recommended this apartment for long term/short term stays.

Safe and Cozy
I stayed at P and B's apartment for 2 months. The apartment was in a great area, very safe and quiet. It was also very close to the hospital (3 minute drive) and near shopping centers. The apartment itself was beautiful and very comfortable. It had everything I could ever need and more. P and B were so sweet and accomidating. I was really lucky I had such great landlords. If I ever find myself back in Lompoc, I would stay with them again and again.
