Beautiful, convenient, and cozy! Will be back, for sure!!

If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, and convenient place in St. Pete, I highly recommend you choose to stay here. The entire house is impeccably maintained, with nice features such as the vibey living room setup, potted plants, relaxing and private outdoors space and smart house alarm system. During my stay, the owner Leo, was always very accommodating and respectful of my privacy, while also quickly attending to any additional needs that came up. He obviously cares about the quality of his tenants stay. I always felt safe, and at ease while staying here. I appreciate how quiet the neighborhood is considering its close proximity to downtown amenities and the city bus line. In the mornings I would frequently enjoy my cup of coffee and sunshine in the beautiful backyard, off the master bedroom. I honestly look forward to getting to stay here again! Great Experience!

I stayed in one of the rooms in this house, and I honestly couldnt have asked for a better experience! The place looks like it came straight out of Pinterest super stylish, beautifully decorated, and just full of good vibes. But what really made the stay special was the owner, Kuya Leo. So friendly and responsive, always happy to help or have a quick chat. You can tell he genuinely care about making guests feel at home. If youre looking for a place thats both comfortable and seriously aesthetic, this is it!
