Spectacular stay

Cute, hidden home in Milwaukie. Super easy (and walking distance) access to groceries, while being within 30min of Clackamas, Lake Oswego, and downtown Portland. I commuted to Kaiser regularly without issue while my partner worked from home. Owner was super kind, quick and eager to chat, and worked to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Owner runs her business out of the upstairs unit, but there were never any issues between them and my partner between noise or parking. Between the convenience and care here, we would absolutely stay again.

My roommate and I stayed at this location and the host was so pleasant and very responsive to all of our requests! Cute and quaint space in a lovely neighborhood! Highly recommend staying here! The host is super responsive and very helpful, always trying her best to make our stay the best it can be!

Cozy Portland Hideaway

My husband and I have been traveling for about 2 years and this has been one of our favorite stays! I cannot say enough good things about the landlord and how truly caring she is. She was so responsive and tackled any concern we had very quickly (and usually with baked goods as an added plus). The space is so peaceful and cozy. It was great for family/friends to visit and have an extra bedroom. As previously written, the landlord uses the upstairs space as an office during the week but it is fairly soundproof. My husband worked nights and was able to sleep peacefully in the master bedroom during the mornings. The outdoor space is fantastic and would be really nice in the warmer months. The location is also perfect to get to downtown Portland, Mt. Hood, and the Columbia River Gorge in short drives. My commute to Kaiser Sunnyside was such a breeze. We would have lived here for many more months if we could have! You will absolutely love this place!

I cant say enough good things about this property and the landlord, E! Her description of the property is spot on and pictures, of course, dont do it justice. Key perks for me: safe area, security cameras, W/D in unit, and the fact that E truly cares about your comfort during your stay. The apartment is on the first level. E uses the second level as her office. She is a lawyer and use the space along with her 3 other female employees during the week. They are EXTREMELY respectful of the fact that I work nights and never woke me once. E also has the master bedroom set for nightshifters- fan, noise machine, blackout curtains. The stairs leading to the second level have a framed in wall at the top so you hear next to nothing while they are upstairs during the week. E is the best landlord you could ask for. She is always a text away and responds very quickly. If I didnt have to leave I wouldnt. This property is the most at home Ive felt as a traveler.
