Wonderful Stay!

We absolutely loved our time at Joe's property. Great space both inside and out, lots of amenities nearby (could even walk to the grocery store!), and such a nice, quiet neighborhood. We stayed for several weeks and felt the apartment had everything that we needed. Greatly appreciated being able to park in a garage, particularly when there was bad weather. Could not recommend Joe and his property enough!

Outstanding

This duplex is in an excellent, central location and in a nice quiet working class neighborhood. Parking was very accessible either on the street or in the driveway or garage. As far as location, my wife and I were stationed at opposite ends of the Chicagoland area, but we were both able to get to our workplaces quickly due to the central location. The accommodations did not have anything left out, there was private secure entry, as well as a fully fenced enormous backyard. Kitchen was fully equipped, spacious in unit laundry dryer was very convenient. The living room was very cozy and multiple bedrooms. No complaints. Landlord was very responsive. Highly recommended.
