We have come to Florida for the last four years for a couple months in the winter. This is the first year here at 1 Comfy Condo in Bradenton. It is a perfect location near the beaches (Anna Maria Island) and GT Bray Park if you like pickleball! The Roths have been excellent landlords- very responsive and in touch to be sure everything is going smoothly. The condo is well kept and up to date. The neighbors have been very friendly and accepting. Just off Cortez Rd with many restaurants and shopping. We have already signed up to return next year! Highly recommend!

Amazing Place!

I am a Traveling CST that spent some time at Blake Medical Center, the condo is conveniently located just one mile away. This made my commute to work extremely easy! And the drive to catch the gorgeous sunsets? Only 15 minutes max! Upon arrival I was greeted with a treat and welcome note from C & M, which I thought was so sweet and was very much appreciated. After checking out all of the appliances, utensils, supplies, furniture, and other amenities I immediately felt like I had everything I needed; and then some! Being that this was my first contract, my parents were a little nervous for me. I believe the surrounding quiet neighborhoods, everything that was provided, and the attentiveness of C & M made them feel more at ease! It was a pleasure to have stayed in such a beautiful place for my first contract, I most definitely got spoiled!

It was a pleasure having you stay in 1 Comfy Condo. You were an awesome and communicative guest, and we knew we were a good fit. You took great care of the unit and we were as comfortable as if you were family staying there. We wish you all the best in your career and travel adventures. We definitely would love to have you back if youre in the area again.

RARE FIND!

"One Comfy Condo" is idyllic Home Away from Home! Location ideal - tucked away in serene part of Bradenton, close to necessities & short drive to beaches of Anna Maria Island. This corner condo probably has best spot on lot! Loved all greenery & nature surrounding us & how close we were to peaceful, private pool for The Lakes residents only. Parking spots are steps from front door & amazing views to take in from back, all-season Lanai which is perfect spot for enjoying coffee, bird watching or just relaxing. Inside you will find everything needed to feel at home! From extra sheets & linens, to kitchen filled with all supplies, appliances & anything you could think of we truly walked in & were met with all we needed. Decor has Beachy, Modern Homey feel & good use of the space. Everything very clean & welcoming, did not run into any issues during our stay. C & M checked in often & were a pleasure to rent from! Would return in a heartbeat & highly recommend renting this rare find!

love this place!

stayed here as a travel nurse and am absolutely in love with this apartment!! I so wish the hospital was extending travelers because I wasn't ready to leave. Perfect location, so close to essentials (and work for me) yet felt very private. Apartment was gorgeous, provided with essential cleaning needs including cleaners, TP, paper towels, swiffers, vacuum, soaps etc on top of furnishings and full kitchen set up. Condo was clean and probably the best situated condo location wise, regarding pond and pool. Quick and easy walk to pool area which has a beautiful pool house attached for use. Owners were great with communication, perfectly explained instructions, pool usage, doors, Wi-Fi, etc and provided suggestions for those new to the area. They were super friendly, accommodating, responded quickly and promptly! They even check in to make sure the stay is going well or if there are any questions. You can tell they are very family oriented and travelers themselves. Very comfortable, spacious stay, safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors and beautiful, calm wildlife. I will really, really miss this place
