Private Studio in Ventura CA

this is a great studio, the bed is very comfortable, the kitchen has all you need for basic cooking, bathroom is huge, love the view of the garden from the window, and what i appreciated the most was the natural light during the day which helped going through the short winter days. is a mile from downtown and from the beach so it was nice to walk or riding my bike. Karen the landlord is super nice and very attentive. I would come back to this studio if i ever get another assignment nearby.

Love this place

This place is amazing! It is so close to everything and the hospital is less than 5 minutes away. The views are breathtaking! Karen is so awesome. There is orange trees and lemon trees, avocado trees and peppers and passion fruit that all grows in the yard! The studio is so spacious and clean! Its perfect and I really enjoyed staying there! I would love to go back!

Perfect!

The place was very spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. You get a view of the backyard from the kitchen table which I loved. The neighborhood feels very safe and was quiet, and the property also gave me a good feeling of privacy. It even has a few restaurants/cafes on the next block! The hospital was also only 5 min drive away. Karen was very helpful and responsive to any questions. I would love to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

Private entrance to the studio. large bathroom with big open shower. Kitchen full appliances. Right down only a few minute drive or a decent walk from community memorial and Ventura county medical center
