Quiet, clean and beautiful rental and neighborhood. Very close to Mercy and good restaurants downtown. Owner respects your privacy, very polite and extremely responsive to any needs or concerns. If I signed an extension I would of stayed another 13 weeks. Apt is comfortable, quiet and slept well with no worries. Excellent experience across the board. Hidden gem.

The best place you could choose!

Couldnt be more happy with my choice in choosing this place to stay for my 2 month rotation at one of the local hospitals in Springfield! The place had everything I needed including kitchenware, bed/bath essentials, a spacious closet, etc. The landlord is the best and definitely made my stay so smooth and enjoyable. She was always around if needed and was always so quick to reply to my messages! The neighborhood is so nice and quiet too. If I ever come back to Springfield for another rotation this is definitely the place i am choosing! Thank you so much for everything!!!!

A+ Studio Space, A+ Landlord

This is a clean, comfortable, welcoming space in one of Springfields most desirable and safe neighborhoods; its an area with large mature trees, wide streets, and sidewalks where neighbors are out walking daily. Youll need a car for getting around Springfield but the space is walking distance to both Mercy Hospital and MSU. Its a short drive to Cox South, Cox North, Mercy National, Mercy Orthopedics Hospital, The Eye Institute, restaurants, shopping, numerous outdoor trails, rivers, lakes, etc. Landlord lives on site and was proactive, kind, and accommodating to ensure I was comfortable and happy throughout my stay. I definitely recommend this space for short term stays!

Great Space in a Great Place

Excellent studio space with everything you need already there. In a nice neighborhood within walking distance to Mercy Hospital. Landlord is exceptional also! Very kind, friendly and helpful! Perfect for an individual traveller. I felt very fortunate to find this space for my travel assignment at Mercy. Highly recommend this rental!
