This is a lovely house in a small neighborhood very close to the UNC campus. Our neighborhood is very friendly, with a shared neighborhood park and larger shared field and pond. There is a maintained gravel walkway that goes around the entire neighborhood that is used regularly. It is also easy to access many of the established walking trails in the area, such as Morgan Creek Trail, Fan Branch Trail, and Merritt's Pasture Trail....

The bedroom and attached bathroom are on the second floor. The other bedrooms of the house are also on the second floor, with living spaces on the first floor.
Neighborhood overview
This is a small neighborhood with only one entrance/exit, so it is quiet and private. There is a gravel path that goes around the outside of the neighborhood and many neighbors walk dogs, walk or jog on it regularly. The neighborhood is friendly and many of us have lived here for years and look out for each other. It's pretty special.

4 week stay for med school rotation
Ks rental property was a refreshing temporary home while I was on my sub-internship at UNC chapel hill. Her house is very well decorated and inviting. The room has a very comfortable bed with a full bathroom and walk in closet. The neighborhood and surrounding area has good walking/running trails. Most of all, K was an incredible and welcoming host. I hope that I have a chance to return to UNC, and Ks house would be the first place I stop!
