BEWARE! GA Housing Authority issued Code Violations during our stay.
Water intrusion/leaking all over the sunroom, wasps entering the home daily, termites, dead ants on the kitchen pantry shelf, dirty dishes, dirty floors, electrical issues/flickering lights, improper fire protection barriers, exposed wiring. Problems were reported immediately upon arrival for our stay. Landlord retaliated against me for reporting the issues by illegally keeping my deposit and posting false statements about me on my ff account. RENTERS BEWARE!! Awful experience. Very unsafe and uninhabitable conditions during our stay.
