Love it!
My husband and I are retired teachers from NY. This house is perfect for us and our two fur babies. The yard is fenced in so our dogs can run around and there is a nice sitting and dining area outside. It also has a fire pit for cool Florida nights. The kitchen open and spacious - perfect for cooking or baking. The house is clean and comfortable. The furniture is cute and trendy. The master bedroom and bath are a nice size and have a large walk in closet. The two other bedrooms are perfect for guests. The location is half way between downtown and the St. Pete beaches. It is about a 2 mile walk from the hip bars and restaurants on Central Avenue and the Sunday market. The is awesome for avid walkers. The owner, Brian, is so kind and responsive. He answers every text within minutes. He also checks in to make sure your stay is extra special. Including leaving Champagne for New Year's Eve.

Perfect, quiet, well located home!
What a fantastic house! It was just right for our family of 4 plus dog. Furnishings are comfortable and cute, kitchen is well stocked. The fully fenced yard and seating/ dining area on the back deck are a delight! Plenty of parking and a convenient location halfway between downtown St. Pete and the beautiful Gulf Beaches. The owner was communicative and responsive. 10/10 would recommend!
