1 bedroom condo quiet walking to Banner Hospital

Sue was a fantastic landlord. This property on thunderbird was within walking distance to Banner Thunderbird, in fact I walked to work every shift and got was able to clock in within 5-7 minutes of leaving the front door. The Condo was clean and had everything I needed. I used the pool and hot tub almost daily and it was rarely used by others in the neighborhood. Sue was responsive and very friendly.

This is a great little homey condo. Ms S is terrific and very accommodating. It was such a pleasure staying here. It was very convenient to shops, grocery stores and not far from the interstate. Neighbors in this complex are extremely friendly. I would definitely stay here again should I have the opportunity to go back. Thanks Ms S...you're terrific!
