Comfortable & safe home away from home!
I stayed here during my first travel contract. I did not have a vehicle and rode my bike to and from the hospital. It was only about a 5 min bike ride. The house is very comfortable & equipped with modern appliances. I appreciated the added security with private locks and outdoor cameras. Linda was wonderful and only a text away if any questions or issues came up. I would recommend this place to any traveling healthcare worker!

Great place!
This property was a great stay, Linda was very friendly and helpful, easy to reach. House was in a nice/safe neighborhood, close to hospital. House was clean and in good shape, obviously house is shared space I had great roommates while I was there. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Great place!
Lived there for about a year, leaving this past summer. I had a private room with lock so it was private. Shared main areas, which were always cleaned, though tenants do need to do basic cleaning up after themselves. There is a security system and outside cameras. A large back covered patio. You have to share main living areas with other people, but most people were very quiet and polite. I felt fine there as Linda does background checks on tenants. There is only one room with a private bath, and two rooms sharing a bathroom. Any issues were addressed quickly and Linda was always easy to get ahold of. Property well kept up. Never had any issues. I highly recommend this place. A few minute drive or a 15 minute walk to the hospital.

Great stay!
I had a contract in Farmington, N.M. this summer. I stayed in a bedroom in a house owned by the Loukinas family. I was the ideal set-up for me! They have a beautiful, clean, well-maintained home in a quiet neighborhood. I loved that I was able to walk to the hospital (where I worked) in only 10-15 minutes! Stores and restaurants were also close by. This was definitely an awesome place to stay. Thanks to the Loukinas crew for taking great care of their property!
