One month turned into five!

We found Yvette's place when we unexpectedly had just 2 weeks to relocate to Charlotte. We booked for one month while figuring out something permanent...one month turned into five, and we were actually planning to stay for at least a year before life brought us back to California! This was our first Furnished Finder/tiny-home experience and we couldn't have picked better. Having our own kitchen, bathroom & living space gave us the privacy of our own place while still being extremely affordable. Perfect for the two of us, with room for a third. Restaurants and the gym are walkable, Uptown and the airport about a 10 min drive. Yvette made everything SO easy from day one. She's quick to respond, there when you need her, yet completely respects your privacy. Kind, fun, accommodating & hands down the best landlord we've ever had. We came for 1 month, stayed for 5 and were ready to make it a year...that says it all. If we return to NC like we plan, she'll be our first call. 10/10!

I definitely recommend this tiny home! I enjoyed my stay here, and Yvette was a great host. It was very private and cozy. Occasional visits from her pets (in the shared back yard) were a bonus!

Tiny house bucket list entry

I really enjoyed my stay here. Y was very helpful as well as accommodating with the process and any questions concerning tiny house rental living along with the location being very convenient to shopping and the project I was doing while in Charlotte. The privacy was very nice as well as the atmosphere around the holidays. Got to fulfill another entry on my bucket list with the tiny house experience. A definite repeat rental for me to consider when returning to the Charlotte area on another project.

The owner is beyond nice , the tiny home is adorable ! If I was staying in Charlotte I woulda extended the lease !
