Ken's place was perfect for our needs. It is clear that he has thought through what a person needs in their home away from home. From all the conveniences like laundry and a dishwasher to the well-appointed office space, I was able to hit the ground running when settling in. The place feels spacious, and I love how the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment allowing for quiet and privacy. The neighborhood was also great and I rarely got in my car because I was walking to everything (even my phone noticed through the health app lol). Ken himself was friendly and responsive, addressing the few minor issues I encountered. With a parking space and backyard (rare in this part of Providence), I can't think of anything else I would have needed. So grateful it was pet friendly and for some reason I slept so well in that bedroom. 10/10!

Great Apartment in PVD
We stayed at this apartment in Providence for 2 months, and it was a fantastic experience! From the moment we arrived, our host, Ken, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The space itself was cozy, but also spotlessly clean and well-equipped with everything we needed, particularly the kitchen. What truly set it apart was Ken's exceptional hospitality. He was incredibly attentive, checking in with us regularly to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He also gave us ample resources for exploring the neighborhood. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a fully furnished, short-term rental.

Great experience!
This was an absolutely fantastic property! Very pet friendly and set in a great location close to good eats, downtown, and the highway. K did such a great job replying to any messages I sent about the property and made sure to communicate when he wouldn't be available. The only bad things about the property were the narrow driveway and the lock sometimes being finicky. Really not too bad in the grand scheme of things. If I ever come back to Providence, I'd definitely consider staying here again!
