A Paradise Home

I spent two months (late October through December) in this beautiful Ventura home, and it was truly a paradise on Earth. The location is unbeatable, waking up to the sunrise and ending the day with the sunset over the ocean was a phenomenal experience. The house itself is super clean, convenient, and located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Chris and his family are, without a doubt, the best hosts I have ever had. They were so kind and welcoming throughout my entire stay. I strongly recommend booking this place to anyone looking for a perfect California getaway. I will definitely be booking here again on my next trip!

Perfect Place for Traveling Professionals

I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed staying in this studio. First off, it has beautiful views of the ocean and coastline. Its very close to downtown Ventura and has easy access to the beaches. This studio is comfortable, quite, clean, and just a great place to relax after work. Chris is an excellent host. He's very easy to work with and has a great friendly attitude, really makes you feel welcomed and at home. He and his wife are the perfect neighbors. I'd recommend this studio to any traveling professional or really anyone looking for a nice getaway to enjoy Ventura and the surrounding area.

Paradise!

Incredible property to spend a few months! Panoramic view of the ocean and a really cool look out spot from the top of the property. The small kitchen is made up for by the dishwasher which makes it so much easier to manage the small space. There is also an extra storage closet at the bottom of the stairs which was really helpful.

I cannot say enough good things about this studio apartment and the owners. The apartment is incredibly beautiful, well organized, and feels so homey. The neighborhood is safe and walkable. My clinic in downtown Ventura was only a 5 minute drive away. The owners are so kind, always available for questions, checking in, and offered so much insight to the best parts of Ventura. I absolutely loved my time here and in Ventura.

Ideal Stay

This upstairs studio was an enjoyable and perfect location during my travel nurse contract at a local hospital. Attractively furnished with a desk, dinette, sofa and comfortable king size bed (memory foam mattress). Convenient parking next to the entry, quiet neighborhood, with birdseye view of the channel islands, close to downtown and beaches. I would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

I absolutely enjoyed my time here. It felt safe, had all the amenities youd need, and was decorated so nicely. The owners are so nice and welcoming. You have privacy but I also liked knowing that they are there if needed. The views are gorgeous and its a 10 min drive to the beaches. On my off days, I pretty much always went to the beach to read and just relax. Lots of things to do around the area and traffic isnt that bad. Shopping and restaurants are super close. There is no washer and dryer, but multiple places close by. I used Olas Laundromat and it only took an hour from start to finish to wash my clothes and dry about once a week. Ventura County Hospital is only 6 min away from the property. Again, I LOVED my time in Ventura and this property always felt like a home away from home which I really appreciated being across the country by myself.
