Amazing hosts!

Chris and his family are very welcoming and kind! Always felt safe and great neighborhood/location! Easy to get to places. The place itself was clean and has everything one needs. If you need anything, Chris and his wife are always happy to help! They were kind to give meals/pastries (which were all yummy). Would definitely recommend!

Hard to beat!

If you're working at one of the nearby hospitals this is a great location! I worked at Children's Hospital Colorado and it was a quick drive (about 12-15 minutes). C and his family were very accommodating and friendly. There were multiple times where they gave me some extra food they had made. C was quick to respond if I ever messaged him. The space was big, you'll have plenty of room and the room also comes with a nice desk and big closet with hangers and dresser. C has extra supplies if you need it just have to ask (Fans, heater, etc.). My fiance liked having an extra fan which C had readily available in the basement storage room. Bathroom was spacious; kitchen had everything you'd need. There are grocery stores and restaurants down the street. You also have your own wifi network which was great!

Diamond in the Rough!!

Where to begin?? Spectacular does not even come close to describing my renting experience. The D family took me in as if I were their own and made sure that I was in want for nothing. Anywhere from Tres Leches cake and high speed internet to toilet paper they had it covered! I can not recommend them enough for their generosity and kind heartedness. The apartment was very clean and spacious, equipped with two Tv's and A's which made it so nice to just come back from work and relax as if you were in your own home. If I am ever needing a place to stay in Denver this would be my first choice! Good luck finding anywhere close to this caliber of rental anywhere else with as great of landlords with a willingness to serve. The world is short on good honest people and ladies and gentlemen... Look no further! Honestly, I hit the jackpot finding this amazing family to share a few months with and wish them all the best! This apartment truly is The Diamond In The Rough!
