Checks all the boxes plus more

This property checked all three of my personal boxes: a community pool, central heat/cooling, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The condo was extremely clean and tidy on move in and had more than all the necessary furniture, linens, and cookware. All appliances are modern and work well. Wood floors and white carpet make this place feel elegant yet comfortable. Lots of mirrors and closet space in the bedrooms. From initial contact with owner, she was genuine and responsive. Easy to communicate, sign lease, and pay rent. I worked at the two John Muir campuses and this condo is in the middle of the two. Great neighborhood- an established condo development that is safe, quiet, and well manicured. Very close access to the running/bike trails as well as the large Heather Farm Park. Spent many afternoons reading there. Safeway, CVS, and Panera Bread are across the street. If I didn't have the travel bug I would have stayed longer!
