This guesthouse is a detached, private space in the back yard of our family's home in the charming Virginia Heights neighborhood in Winter Park, FL. The guesthouse was built in 2007 in this neighborhood full of historic homes. Just a 10-minute walk to Rollins College, the Winter Park train station (Sunrail and Amtrak), and downtown Winter Park!
There is a new Smart TV (2023) with which tenants may use their own streaming services.
This unit is a stand-alone cottage in the backyard of our family's home in the heart of lovely Winter Park, walking distance to Rollins College and downtown Winter Park.
Virginia Heights is in the heart of Winter Park. Winter Park is considered one of the most beautiful cities in the Central Florida and offers an abundance of upscale shopping, dining, history and culture, many museums and galleries located right in the core of its downtown, Winter Park Florida is an easy commute for residents that work in the Downtown Orlando area.

Incredible location. The hosts are thoughtful and great with communication. The cottage was well equipped and the winter park are is unmatched. Very safe and dog friendly!
