Incredible spot, Incredible owners

I stayed at Margies place for a year during my doctoral residency. The unit was exactly as pictured, perfectly sized for my dog and me. The location was great, especially for Mardi Gras season and getting around the city due to its proximity to the streetcar on St. Charles. Karen and Joel were always attentive and responsive to any concerns. When they were in town, they helped with preventative unit maintenance and small tasks like changing lightbulbs or doorbell batteries. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with friendly neighbors who look out for each other. I wish I could have stayed longer! I highly recommend Karen and Joel as landlords, and Margies place for your time in New Orleans.
