My townhouse is very quiet, comfortable and in a very safe and friendly neighborhood. The house is two stories. You would have your own private bedroom and bathroom and closet. There storage if you need it. Depending on how long your stay would be, we could discuss the deposit. Right now the monthly cost includes utilities as well.

Great location and quiet
This room is very spacious with it's own en-suite bathroom with full bath. S is the sweetest and surrounded by good friends and neighbors that also makes you feel safe and comfortable where you are staying. Parking was never an issue. I worked nightshift and the area is safe and quiet and S was so respectful and quiet. She also has the sweetest dog that does NOT bark. Drive time to WakeMed Raleigh was 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. The location is close to downtown Raleigh and 30 minutes from Durham. The area has so much to offer from great restaurants, museums, shopping, ballet, musicals and so many hiking options. I really loved Raleigh and my stay. I wish I could have stayed longer and her place was perfect.
