Good for long-term stay

I stayed in the casita for five months, and very much enjoyed it. The interior is clean and modern with a lot of natural light. The neighborhood is charming and ideal for an evening walk, and several good restaurants are just a couple of blocks away. Central location makes it a good base for much of the city. Victoria is a terrific owner, very responsive when an issue arises.

Great location, hospitable host, walkable to a variety of restaurants and venues

We had a great stay at V's casita. The interior is new, clean, and thoughtfully-designed, and the location is walkable to a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and local parks. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to navigate, and Vi is a great host who is quick to answer questions, make recommendations, and be in touch if needed. The space is open and airy yet comfortable, with modern amenities (refrigerator, large TV, waterfall shower)--perfect for a pair of travelers such as ourselves, or small family. We stayed for 3 months and the space was readily equipped with any kitchenware, linens and towels we required. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back in the future.

Beautiful Cozy Casita

Very comfortable cozy place to stay. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Upgraded appliances. We love the kitchen a lot. Spacious bathroom. Landlord is really helpful and friendly. We definitely recommend this place!!
