Worst Rental Ever

We have spent 60% of the past 20 years in furnished rentals and this is by far the worst we have ever experienced. We signed a 3 mth lease based on a video call with Molly. We asked to leave after the 1st mth because the home was causing my medical conditions to worsen. Molly refused to terminate the lease until the end of the 2nd month & made zero efforts to make the stay comfortable. The windows are THIN, the traffic is LOUD. There is also a draft when it is cold outside & the temperature is impossible to regulate. The mattresses are REALLY OLD. Either the springs poke you or there is no support. Old electric stove turns off and on. The temp markings are worn off - good luck! The cookware is as cheap as it gets. The garbage disposal broke & food leaked under the cabinets. The mess was left for us to clean & a repairman sent 3 days later. The wood started to MILDEW & Molly refused to dry it out. The barstools are not the correct height so you bending 80 deg to reach your fork.

Great find

Such a great find! Me and a friend stayed here during our travel assignment and Molly was such a great host! Easy to get ahold of and always quick to answer questions. Perfect location right near Plaza Midwood, Uptown, and a greenway, which we loved. The space was fully stocked with everything we needed, had an in unit washer and dryer, and parking was never an issue. Highly Highly recommend this spot!

I stayed here last fall for a travel nursing assignment with a friend. We loved it here! Everything we needed was provided (kitchenware, sheets, towels, etc). The area was quiet and parking is easy. Its close to other neighborhoods whether you prefer to walk or drive. Its right next to the greenway which is great if you like being outdoors. The upstairs balcony was a nice bonus. I would definitely recommend staying here!
