Great location and even better landlord

Phil is a great landlord. Any questions I had prior to move in were answered. Any issues I had during my stay were managed in a timely fashion and the issues were. The location was great, safe, and on the water. The condo itself was beautiful and quiet,which I appreciated as a night shift nurse since I slept during the day. I feel he has thought of everything that you could possibly need to have in that condo. You won't need to bring anything with you it is ready to go. If I were back in Madison for another travel assignment I would absolutely stay here again.

the best apartment

this is such an amazing apartment! the condo is placed next to a gorgeous lake, there are beautiful bike paths, parks, restaurants, and lots of space to walk/bike/drive to explore. The beauty of this apartment is real, and the property owners are so very kind and accommodating. It is truly the best place to spend your time while in the area!
