Don't move in here
We were supposed to rent this place for several months. Off the bat, David wasn't as responsive as other landlords have been. Sometimes it took him 12 hours to respond. We moved in and the house was incredibly dirty. The bathroom and kitchen were disgusting. When we messaged him about this, his response was that he had hired a shady cleaner and was sorry for the mess. Later that evening, we found stains on all the mattresses. One was stained with feces. We ended up moving out because it became a health hazard to stay there. I had to threaten him with filing complaints to the housing authority and health department before he would give me my money back.

Great Place
This is a great place and very comfortable. D was always super responsive and helpful with whatever I needed. I definitely recommend if you are in the area on assignment!
