Great location and hosts!

My 5 mo. stay was a nicer and more affordable experience than grad student housing. H is communicative and on top of it! By the time other FF landlords responded to requests, H had already performed a video walk-through, answered questions about, and signed the lease. She addresses concerns about the rental promptly. You can tell she cares about your experience in her home! The neighborhood is safe and welcoming. I never worried about parking my car on the street or walking alone in the neighborhood. It's 10 mins from the Marketplace at El Paseo shopping center and 30 mins away from Fresno State (there is some construction on one of the main roads leading to the neighborhood). The location is FANTASTIC for day trips like Sequoia/Kings Canyon National Parks, Yosemite NP, Point Lobos State Park, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Oceano Dunes SP, Pismo Beach, and China Peak. H is very considerate and provides everything you need to get started. I loved the housekeeping service.

Amazing Retreat

I recently spent three months in this fantastic Airbnb and can confidently say it has been an exceptional experience. The space is beautifully decorated and offers a perfect blend of comfort and style, making it feel like home. The location is idealclose to local attractions while still providing a peaceful retreat. The host has been incredibly accommodating, always available for questions and sharing great local recommendations. With top-notch amenities and thoughtful touches like fresh linens, my stay has been nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone seeking a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Travel RN Stay

I had the pleasure of staying with H for a one month stent. The neighborhood is incredibly quiet and peaceful. The unit itself was peaceful with an accessible outside spot to enjoy the air and possible bottle of wine after a long day. The unit was very clean with amenities one would need to cook, clean, wash and dry. The all in one washer and dryer was so convenient to not have to do laundry elsewhere and spend the extra money for laundry after work. If I had the opportunity again, I would definitely stay and do recommend this unit for a quiet and safe experience!

Delightful Suite!

I had a great stay at H and D's suite. You enter through the main front door, but don't go into the other part of the house so it's really like an apartment. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, and they had thought of everything. They even had an omelette maker to use. The bedroom was quiet and peaceful and I liked the sound machine. Their neighborhood is nice and I felt very safe coming home at night. H and D are super welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed. I highly reccommend staying here, and I will be staying here again when I visit Fresno.

Charming private suites

A very comfortable suite, the house and neighborhood are quiet. Convenient access freeway 99 is min. I highly recommend this place to any traveler.

Cute, Cozy Home Away From Home.

I stayed at this darling property for a week. The house is well appointed, quiet and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. I found the price very appealing and the location very convenient. I will definitely be staying here again when I get back to Fresno.
