Newly Renovated Near Hospitals

Amazing rental!

I had initially only planned to stay for 3 months but ended up extending to ~6 months because I absolutely loved staying here. It was very clean and ended up feeling like home! I only had 2 minor maintenance requests during my stay, and they were both fulfilled expeditiously. I enjoyed my privacy and peace sleeping in on my days off shift! Thank you, Tabitha and Hugo!

Great hosts and house!

We stayed at Tabitha and Hugo’s place for three months and had a great experience! The space was really cute, very clean, and comfortable for a longer stay. We especially loved the home gym/wellness room! It was such a nice bonus and something we used often. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. They were quick to respond and resolve any issues that came up, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I highly recommend this home for anyone staying in the area. We would absolutely stay here again if we’re ever back in the area.

TONS OF SPACE! CLOSE TO EVERYTHING!

We are travel nurses & this space was perfect for us & our two dogs. Large driveway for 2 cars, large cemented backyard. Endless storage space in the house. Close to Sutter Health & Doctor's (we were at Sutter), Safeway, In-Shape, etc etc. Our hosts Tabitha & Hugo were very accomodating, always a text away should we need anything. Thanks again guys & hopefully your next tenant enjoys your place as much as we have. Take care!
