I'm renting a one bedroom apartment in a co-op ,I live on a 26th floor with a patio and an awesome view. The room is cozy with a full size bed with draws, a dresser and mirror, a nightstand, a ceiling fan with different settings and light settings, a television with streaming apps, an iron and an iron board, a laundry basket, and a big closet with hangers.
