Landlord Tenure: 3 years, 2 months
This is one Dog House you'll be happy to stay in!
The Dog House is an upstairs two-story unit with 1500sqft of space. The original (circa 1850s-1900) cedar wood floors have been brought back to life throughout the entire space giving off a warm glow. 5 Stars
Ryan was a very attentive landlord. I enjoyed my stay here and the fenced in yard was great for my dog. There is an amazing amount of storage in the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. There are no photos of the kitchen but it is large and has everything you would need.
Great place to stay
It's a great place to stay. From the beginning on the contact with Ryan was superb. She even let us drop our luggage a day earlier so that we had an easier transition from the place where we stayed before. The apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed. The view out of the kitchen towards the skyline of Pittsburgh is incredible. Both bedrooms are super spacious. I especially enjoyed the hammock in the garden which got sun throughout the day. There are a couple of bars and restaurants around and it's just a short walk towards the main area of the South Side. I would stay again if I ever come back to Pittsburgh.
Great place
Great place to stay, very roomy. Great view of the city and close to everything. Would stay again if ever back in Pittsburgh.
Actually set up to accommodate pets
The location is great, I had my own entrance, which made it nice and private, even though there's someone else living there. There are pet beds in nearly every room, which is a nice touch compared to the usual heat I get for even asking about my dog. I didn't have to worry, the backyard is completely (highly) fenced, with a code-locked back gate. The unit itself has a ton of space, so it never feels like you're cramped or crowded. Interestingly, the list of amenities is truly reflected by the space, my favorite of which was definitely the in-unit washer and dryer.
