Upstairs two bedroom review

Charming two bedroom bungalow in the heart of Sellwood. Despite being off a fairly busy street, the front yard and beautiful landscaping makes it feel much more private. Debby is a very responsive host often responding to issues or questions within minutes to an hour.

Great Downstairs Apartment in Sellwood!

I really enjoyed my stay here! The space is perfect for one person or a couple and it was stocked with all the necessities in the kitchen/bath/laundry. I loved having the large TV, the bed was very comfy and overall just a very cozy space. Debby was also a great landlord and a great resource for any recommendations. One thing to note is that the ceilings are low. It did not bother me, but if you are over 6 feet, it may not be ideal. Otherwise this was the perfect spot! Sellwood is a cute neighborhood to check out as well, very bikeable and anything you may need is within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Portland.

Wonderful Stay

The landlady is one of the kindest individuals I have ever met! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel so welcome and went out of her way to ensure my stay was perfect. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and incredibly cozy. The space had a warm and inviting atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. Shes also super responsive and honest, which made the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. The yard was perfect for my dogs and having access to the driveway was amazing. Her attention to detail and thoughtful touches made all the difference. I couldnt have asked for a better home.

Wonderful Stay in the adorable Sellwood neighborhood!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here! This apartment is fully stocked with everything you need for a short term stay. We loved having a private backyard, fire pit, and grill. Having a parking spot in the driveway was a huge bonus! We also loved having an in unit washer and dryer! The house is in a very cute, safe, walkable neighborhood and ideally located close to all Portland has to offer. The landlord Debby is very responsive and helpful! We can't say enough great things about Debby and our stay here! In the listing, it's noted that the ceilings are low. The ceilings are 6 foot which is something to consider before renting. Everything else about this unit was perfect though and we would love to stay again in the future!

Loved this Sellwood Studio Gem!

What an amazing fully equipped and cozy basement studio apartment! Everything is redone and new, fully furnished just as described. It can be a little daunting looking for a place as a travel nurse to stay and live in for 3 months, this place was perfect for me and my cat Frankie! The owners are beyond accommodating and very easy to reach with any questions, I felt instantly at ease after a long drive from so cal! The apt is below the main house so obviously be mindful of the stairs and use the built in railings. The yard is lovely and during spring it is the perfect place to hangout and lounge, read, chat with neighbors and enjoy all the blooms everywhere! Plenty of outdoor furniture, cushions and extras, just ask the owners and there is plenty to do if you're active or just like to chill and stay in, or both! I felt completely safe in the apt and in the Sellwood neighborhood. Antique stores, yummy food, cute funky bookstore, coffee, adorable pet shop, and art supply to name a few.

Beautiful unit in a nice neighborhood

I loved staying at this place! Beautiful private backyard and separate entrance that was very secure. The house is in a great location with a lot of coffee shops and small businesses around. Well lit and gets a good amount of natural light and the view out the window is pretty. The place has everything you would need and I the in unit washer and dryer is very convenient. I recommend staying here!
