Didn't want to leave!

Comfortable apartment, amazing landlord. He went beyond any requests I made, speedily fixed problems. He's really friendly and lives right on site, so he's quickly available for issues. The space is great, washer and dryer right in unit, which is so convenient. There's a little living room right by the entrance, which I sometimes used to work in but also used as a guest room. The rest of the apartment is on the second floor. There's a second comfortable living room with a TV. The kitchen is spacious. The convection oven works wonderfully and I had everything I needed to cook with. The neighborhood is peaceful, lots of families with small children. There's a small loop for really pleasant walks and it's super close to the American Tobacco Trail. It's easy to get to RTP, pretty easy to get up to Duke campus or downtown Durham, and it's a little bit further away but still an easy drive over to Chapel Hill. I was so happy here and I didn't want to leave, but my contract in Durham was up!

An Exceptional Landlord Who Truly Cares

My stay at J's was fantastic, he's genuinely one of the best landlords I've ever had. He's polite, communicative, and always available, whether it's setting up Ethernet, troubleshooting the TV, or helping with literally anything else. He clearly cares about making the stay comfortable, providing an onboarding experience complete with recommendations for local spots, menus, and thoughtful amenities. The space itself was beautiful, especially with the new hardwood floors. Beyond being a great host, J was genuinely enjoyable to talk to, we even grabbed lunch together once, and he kindly offered me a ride to the airport. And this is just one example without even including J allowing me to join when grabbing groceries! You can tell he truly cares about his tenants. I'd wholeheartedly recommend staying with J to anyone looking for an excellent rental experience.

Excellent, wonderful property!

I highly recommend this monthly accommodation in the Triangle area! J is a great host and a very pleasant person, attentive to his guest's needs while respectful of their privacy. The unit is spacious, illuminated throughout the day by large windows. The unit is upstairs and homes across the street are some distance away, which is great for privacy. Located in an attractive, quiet, safe, residential neighborhood, very well connected to the Triangle area. A very private space, set up as a duplex unit of the home, fully equipped will all that is required for a temporary stay of longer or shorter duration. It is a reasonably priced superior alternative to short-term apartment rentals in the area. Reliable high-speed Wi-fi, and a complete TV/movies digital package to enjoy from the comfortable sofa or rocking chair the sitting room's flat-screen TV. I rented this unit for two months and was glad to have found this accommodation which felt very much like home!
