Good Location!

Great location very close to downtown Summerville and not a bad drive to Charleston! Enjoyed the outside area and all of the amenities! Only things to know before booking, a few of the ceilings are on the lower side and there are stairs to get to the bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. Also, there is central AC/heat, however it is in the main house (landlord works with you on temp though).

I cannot say enough good things about the Towhee Retreat, and about P. This was my first big move away from home, and I could not have dreamt up a more perfect place to rent. The suite itself is cozy, clean, and immaculately decorated, with every amenity one could possibly need. It was so nice to come home to such a fun space every day. It is close to tons of pleasantries in Summerville, including multiple grocery stores, gyms, and an adorable little Saturday farmer's market minutes away in downtown Summerville. The backyard is a beautiful oasis that is extremely well tended to, and is the perfect relaxing getaway after a long day at work. What's more, I felt extremely safe in the quaint little neighborhood, especially with Phil living next door. I still can't believe I was lucky enough to come across an incredible landlord such as him. Please feel free to call for any more details- and jump on this place while you can!
