perfect for traveling RN

This place is very nice, quiet, and private. I travel solo, and it was cozy and modern with great finishes/appliances. The landlord is pleasant, and responded very quickly when I managed to lock myself out! Working night shift, noise was almost never an issue (I would hear lawn care maybe a few minutes once a week, far better than other places I've been). It's basically what I would design for myself if I needed an ADU, and I appreciate that they put effort into making it a peaceful and enjoyable place to stay!

Luxury perfection

I felt so lucky to find this place! Everything about it was perfect. It's clean and well thought out. They have everything you could possibly need. And they always ask if you need anything. They are hospitality focused. The bed is the most comfortable mattress I've ever laid on! The appliances are all high end. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and adorable. It's so close to the highway that my commute was less than 15 minutes! Honestly, I was sad when I had to leave. You would be lucky to stay here, the hosts are the nicest people. Loved it here!

Amazing Property

This property looks exactly like the photos! The neighborhood was quiet and safe and I never had any safety concerns when leaving early in the mornings to my shifts. The bed is so comfortable!! The entire place is fully equipped with all the things one could possibly need. I would highly recommend staying here!

Amazing Stay

My fiance and I stayed at this property for a little over a month and it was the perfect place for us. Y and C are amazing landlords and more than accommodating. We were the first couple they had stay at their property and without us even asking, they provided another dresser before we moved in to make sure we had enough storage. The kitchen is fully stocked and all appliances are brand new. The pool was also lovely to have access to, especially since it was starting to heat up. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

So cozy and welcoming!

This home was everything I could have asked for and more. To begin with, Y and C are not only amazing landlords, but amazing people as well! They made me feel so safe and welcome on their property. The house itself was absolutely perfect. It had everything I needed (and more), and was the perfect amount of space. And the bed was INCREDIBLY comfortable! If I could have stayed longer, I would have without a doubt. If Im ever back in Bakersfield, this will be the place I stay, no questions asked!
