Cozy and Private!!!

Love looove this accommodation!!! The space is cozy and had everything I needed. It's located in a safe neighborhood and is less than a 10 min drive to the hospital I worked at. Linda, the landlord is AMAZING!!! She's very kind and accommodating. Always checking in and I enjoyed all the good food she's shared with me:) I felt very safe staying here as a solo traveler.

Linda is the best! She's very accommodating and will always make sure that you are comfortable and has everything that you need at the unit. The best thing about her is she will treat you like a family. Her unit is very cozy, and updated.

All one could ever need or want!

How fortunate we were to find this gem of a property with a jewel of a landlady! Each time I arrived "home" to this immaculate, well cared for studio, I would park my vehicle in it's covered spot right by my private entrance, take a deep breath and savor the beautifully appointed surroundings! A great beginning to the good night's sleep provided by the quiet neighborhood and oh so comfortable bed! I only wish we could have stayed through summer to take better advantage of the private patio! A true Oasis in Medford!

Monkeysuite

I stayed in Ls Monkey Suite for nearly 9 months. She has 2 rentals on her propertyboth as nice as the other, though very different from each other. I spent most of my life in southern oregon, and was relieved to have found a place in the safer neighborhood of historic east Medford area. I would still be there had family not beckoned me to Colorado. L made my privacy a priority. The space was welcoming and comfortable. Which included a large bathroom, a nice deck with a big oak and a dogwood trees to hang out under. The bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood had interesting older ho walk safely in. Everything was clean and shinny,but somehow relaxed. Life was good there.

Lovely and spacious, well appointed studio in safe, quiet East Medford. Conveniently located to everything Medford has to offer! Large space complete with adorable sitting area, en suite full bath adjacent to full laundry room, kitchen and most comfortable bed EVER!!! Double doors open onto private patio and entrance. Landlady is warmest, wittiest. most respectful and accommodating person one could ever hope to meet. Cleaning service available for additional small fee. Come home in the evenings to fresh laundry and a spotlessly clean living space. This place is a dream! Truly a home away from home!
